| The sensitivity of ATLAS 210 and 215 can be improved on high band (14/21/28 mhz) by putting in place an HF preamplifier as shown before .You can also improve the sensitivity on all band by insertion of a field effect transistor in the intermediate frequency section .The article appeared in 1985 in the CQ/DL journal and came to me thanks to F3UE .You only have to cut a copper line on the PC100 module as shown on the schematic and put a transistor and a broad band transformer |  |
